Raw Feeding
What are the benefits of feeding raw?
Raw feeding may support healthier skin and coat, cleaner teeth, better digestion, smaller stools, and increased meal enjoyment.
How much raw should I feed my dog?
Most adult dogs eat around 2%–3% of their body weight per day depending on age, activity level, metabolism, and body condition. You can use our raw calculator for a general estimate.
Can I switch from kibble to raw right away?
Some dogs transition quickly, while others do better with a slower transition. We recommend watching stool quality, appetite, and comfort during the change.
What proteins do you carry?
We carry proteins including chicken, turkey, duck, rabbit, beef, lamb, lamb tripe, beef tripe, salmon, pork, kangaroo, water buffalo, and premium beef. Availability may vary.
What is the 70/30 lean and rich balance?
Our meal planning approach focuses on approximately 70% lean meats and 30% richer meats over time. This does not mean every single meal must be mixed that way.
My dog has allergies. Can you help?
Yes. We can help narrow down proteins and suggest limited-ingredient options based on what your dog can tolerate.
Treats & Chews
Are your treats single ingredient?
Many of our dehydrated treats are single ingredient and made without fillers, artificial colours, or unnecessary additives.
Are chews safe for puppies?
Some chews are suitable for puppies, but it depends on the puppy’s age, size, and chewing style. Always supervise chewing.
How should I store dehydrated treats?
Keep dehydrated treats in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Always reseal packaging after opening.
What chew is best for strong chewers?
Stronger chewers usually need longer-lasting options. Visit us in-store and we can help match the chew to your dog’s size and chewing strength.
