Refund policy

Unopened treats, toys, grooming products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery for a refund or exchange. Bring them to the store at 34B Church Street S, Ajax with your receipt or order number, or email thevillagedoginc@gmail.com to arrange a return by mail. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All raw and frozen food is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, for food-safety reasons. If anything arrives damaged or thawed, contact us the same day at thevillagedoginc@gmail.com or (905) 251-0047 and we will make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
